The tools to upload pictures are showing, but, they are unable to upload pictures from their computer. Please help.

What do you mean 'they are unable to upload from their computer'?

What happens when they try to upload pictures from their computer? Do they get a message of some sort? May you ask them for a screenshot?

Information is crucial in allowing us to resolve your issue in a efficent and timely manner.
