Solved Auto Refresh Reading Pane

Yesterday on my forum, the icon that indicates new unread posts, remains Red in color after reading the posts. I have 2 PC one is running Win 10 Pro and the second is Win 7 O/S. I have received several PMs today from forum members complaining about the same issue. To temporarily get around the problem I constantly have to refresh the page after reading posts. It appears the problem may be at Forumotion and not at this end as all members are experiencing the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this: AP > General > Forum > Configuration
Scroll to the bottom of the page and resyn your forum.
