how to sticky a topic without editing

is it possible to add sticky menu in quick mode tool

Hello,

There is already another way. If you look at the bottom of each forum or topic (as long as you have moderation permissions for that particular forum or section), you will see: You can moderate this forum. The last 3 words will be a link, click it and it takes to the moderation panel. From here you can select any topic in the section and (among other things) make all selected topics sticky from this menu by clicking 'sticky'.
