no Chatbox

We had a chatbox on our forum and it was working great, now it is showing blank. Is it no longer available

ok i have turned off a chatbox code you have setup as it Don't work anymore

also in your CSS files you had this code

if you look at the bottom of the code you are missing the closing tag
it looks like this

remember if you have a code added to the CSS it must have a open and close tag to make the code work right .

can you now test your chat box to see if its showing ?

I have checked on Google Chrome and Firefox, still not showing

can you please clear your browser of cookies and cache and are you using a mobile phone or tablet or a PC / laptop?

ok i have removed all the codes that have the chatbox in from your CSS please look now .

Not sure i have been looking over all the forum and im a little lost on where the code for this is also

I am so lost i have looked over everything and can't work it out i can see it fine and i can even post in it with no problem at all as admin so not sure why you can't see it

what i will do is report this to a team and see if they can help you some more.

Try open your page in incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N), it won't save any cache or data in your computer. I can see your chatbox too.

Hmm it's really funny i and SarkZKalie see the chatbox with No problems at all you see the grey box the chat box is in have your updated your java and flash player ?
and make sure your browsers are upto date.

also reset yout modem wifi as we have no problem seeing this.

also make a thread on your forum asking your members to test this them self

they need to fill in the following.

post this on your forum and get them to fill it in as it's only you and your forum that has the problem

ok have created a thread to ask them. I update regularly and have reset my modem

i was on your forum just now logged in and one other member of yours was in the chatbox i think this could be a problem with your computer not the site.

but the thread will help me more to see if the problem is coming from you or your site.

No when i was on just now Levi logged on the chat box ok

I have just tried again again on my husband's laptop and I can see the chatbox, but still not on mines

I have also tried on Internet explorer and no joy. I have checked my settings on my pc and can't see anything different. Can you give me any suggestions where to look

Do you have a ad blocker in your settings on your internet browser ?

if yes remove it.
