no Chatbox

We had a chatbox on our forum and it was working great, now it is showing blank. Is it no longer available

Try this:  deactivate it and then activate it again.

Also clear your browsers and try again.

tried that, still no different

making sure you have admin rights' to that account so i can look at settings

Hello i have just logged in as admin on your forum and i have no problem seeing the chatbox on the top of your forum.

can i ask what browser your are using ?
have you tested it on other browsers ?
have updated your browsers ?

as you can see i have no problem seeing your chatbox

I have always used Google Chrome, will try another browser. I update regularly

I have also tried it on Firefox and still can't see it

Hmm I think it could be something wrong with your computer then as I have no problem seeing it.

you could try one more thing but i can't see it being this.

Try and turn off any codes you have in the JavaScript and in your templates and you know the page you have on your Home page try removing that and see if you can see it then.
make sure your flash player is up to date as well.

ok will try that, none of our members can see the chat box either

That is really strange as you could see by my screen shot i could see it fine and i logged in on it

Very strange. It hasn't worked for months, but I have been so busy. I even tried on my hubby's laptop and still can't see it

I only use my desktop or laptop

After logging in with the test account, I also did not encounter any issue with the chatbox.

Thank you for your help, I guess I had better just delete the chatbox as none of the members can see it. It was working fine

Are your members from around the whole world or a certain part?

Ok, have done a post to ask them, but some of them won't be on until later. I will check it again tomorrow

Also are they using the same Internet provider?

All different as far as I can gather, a few of us are in the UK, and some are in the USA

It may an unexpected error from our system. So your chatbox and some feature can't display good as it should be.
@SLGray @APE I've seen some white page with a black text : "Your request are timed out." for 4~5 days.

@SarkZKalie sorry that was a glitch in the system it should now be ok now if it is not please open a new thread so we can look at some more.
