how do i add extra questions like how when i made an account here it had extra questions i want to make like how in http://pb2genocide.forumotion.com/ it asks for in game name.

You have to make fields required via Admin Panel.

Admin Panel --> User & Usergroups --> Users --> Profiles --> Profile fields
