Hey, is it possible to move the widget Recent topic to the Index Forum page? If yes, please show me how to do it

By Index Forum Page you mean a custom html page? If so, I'l need your forum's link.

If you mean just the homepage (index) of your forum, you go here: AP > Modules > Portal/Widgets > Forum Widget Management. This will add it to all pages.
