User Groups - PM to all members
I have 4,000+ members so I can't send a group PM without breaking them down into groups. Is there a way to add bulk users to groups so I can send a forum wide PM?

Unfortunately, there's a limit to how many you PM at a single time; I believe it's 1,000. But, the best way to send a whole site-wide message is through newsletters.

Is there a way to add members in bulk to a new user group of 1,000 users each. I can send 1,000 pms at one time if I do it by group. How can I move users in bulk to a new group.

The only way would be to have the group auto-subscribe (number of posts).

Thanks. How would it be done through the group auto-subscribe?

Re: User Groups - PM to all members
It means when a certain member reaches a specific number of posts (even 0), they automatically get into the group.
Admin Panel --> Users and groups --> Groups --> Group Administration --> The Group --> Group auto-subscribe

Re: User Groups - PM to all members
A member will be in any group as long as he/she meets the requirement.
If you have group set to 5 posts and another group at 10, a member that has 10 posts will be in both groups.
