Edit css for single forum page

Hi guys, i want to change post design in one page on the forum if possible without js. I have no idea how to do it (i think it connects page id and css but i dont know to code it) so i would appreciate help.

without js not gonna be possible because other pages have same elements ..you will have to use js to either inject the css to top of the page or if its on that page it adds a class to the body element for you to design the page in your normal css
