Text glow

Here's my problem. I don't really know anything about CSS and HTML, well maybe a bit. So i was wondering what I should insert in my CSS when I want my general Forum text to have a text glow/shadow. The previous topics were only about the code itself, but what I need is the code + where to place it in my CSS. Here's my current forum CSS.

I was talking about one code, which adds a shadow to all the text in my forums. And also you did not explain where to put that down
