member must log in again each time to add pictures

A member says she is prompted to log in every time she tries to put a picture in....even though she is already logged in. She appears to be the only member with this problem. Once she has logged in (again) she can then continue putting her pictures in. Whats going on here?
She says it comes up as soon as she taps the little image hosting button,

What device and browser is she using?

Also is this member using 2 or more different devices in the same day?

I've sent her a message to ask but shes not online at the moment.

Any idea whats causing this?

Says shes only using her iPad....and no other device.

When you say she is forced to login again, you mean her account on the forum correct?

What happens when she tries to upload a picture after she does it the 1 time. Does she get an error message of some sort? If so, what is the error message? May you ask your member for a screenshot of the problem?

Oooh things just got interesting...Its servimage hosting site thats asking her to log in! Its NOT our forums log in! Which I'd assumed. Shes putting in her password that she uses for our forum & her email, not sure if its actually accepting her email/password but once she taps "log in" its then allowing her to load her picture ect. She says she doesn't & has never had a servimg account. Wtf is going on? It cant possibly be my account shes logging into..with the wrong email & password!
No error message at any point, oh and she's on safari browser.
She couldnt take a screenshot but took a pic with her phone.....

When members use the host an image button, it is using the member's account on the forum.  When you create a forum, a Servimg account is created for the founder and the forum that allows the members to host their images.

Has she tried putting in her forum account to see if it takes that?

Yep, but members never have to sign into that servimg account.... or do they? How do i stop it asking her to log in repeatedly?

Do you mean has she tried logging in with her password/email that she uses for the forum? If so then yes thats what shes been doing all along, its the only way she can put a picture in.....

Yes she was definitely logged into the forum at the time

Hmm, I know I have seen this before. I have searched the archives for a half hour but can't find the topic.

When did this start happening to your user? Has she tried clearing her browser cache and cookies to see if this helps solves the problem.

Thank you yes, She's a new member and it started the very 1st time she tried to put in pics. She has cleared cookies & cache & also logged herself out & then back in again, no joy im afraid.

Hello I think i know what may be wrong.

it's one of two things.
With Ipads sometimes they Don't save cookies your member needs install firefox and use that browser and see if that helps.

If that's not it then there is a problem with the account not reading the cookies right.
The member needs to log in using the account info they used when making the account. and if a member changed the Email address then this will also mess the account up.
