Description of problem

I have a problem with thw groups of my forum, I can't delete or edit any of theme, I've tried to do it but nothing happen. What can I do to resolve this problem?

Hello to delete a group you need to click on the little yellow cog that looks like this >>   
Now your group settings will come up that looks like this >>


Scroll down the page and look for Delete Group and tick the box then save.

Note that if you have members  listed in that group you will need to remove them first or the group will not delete.

I've already done that and doesn't change anything, none of them could be deleted.

Could you try re syncing the forum to see if it helps? This can be done by going to ACP (admin panel)-->General-->Configuration--> should be last option on the bottom. Just tick the box and click save.

i have same problem

I have the same problem and tried everything on here, nothing works in deleting the groups

ok guys I have just looked at this again and find the same problem.

I will make a report to our tech team right now
