Solved servimg.com asks for password each time

Post by Guardian-Angel Mon 27 Nov - 1:33

Hello

How can I stop servimg to ask for a password every single time I want to upload a picture? Is this something new? It never asked for a password before.

Thank you.

Hello,

What do you mean it asking for a password everytime? Do you mean when your posting images on your forum or when you are logging in to your forums servimg account?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

I cleared my browser/cache etc same thing. It doesn't ask me for a password if I try it here on this forum.

Solved Re: servimg.com asks for password each time

I figured it out. I changed my email for GuardianAngel to the same email as the Admin account (because I am the Admin) The servimg is under Admin.

I changed the GuardianAngel email to something other than the Admin's email, and it's fine now.

Topic solved.

So the issue was it hooked up to the wrong email or something?

Solved Re: servimg.com asks for password each time

I have two accounts, one Admin and one GuardianAngel. I use GA for regular posting on our forum and Admin for Administrator work. The email on servimg was the Admin's email. I recently made changes to email accounts, trying to minimize the number of emails.

Logged in as GA it was asking me for the password which was the Admin's account. Makes sense.

Ok. So the issue was that you were entering the wrong password?

The issue is I was logged in as GuardianAngel, but because I changed my email on my Admin account, and the servimg email was different, it was asking for the Admin password.
