New user has to wait 7 days before posting?

Hi there,

Our forum is a support forum and a new user has contacted me to say: "tried to post a case on the forum but it wouldnt let me put the dropbox link for the photos as it said new users have to wait 7 days before pasting links"

We have never had this issue before. Has there been an update? Is there an option to allow new user to post links immediately?

set to "no"
