"Sorry, it looks like *Email Address* belongs to an existing account"
Trying to create a forum and this keeps coming up with every email I've tried, "Sorry, it looks like *Email Address* belongs to an existing account".
Others who have had this issue have had to PM a staff member their email address, which I can't do unless I make a post so here is that post

Hello can you send me a PM with your Email address and i will be happy to see if i can help you.

I have tested this Email address my self and found there is a problem.
The email address you are using is Not on our system so I have sent a report on to our head office.
Sadly the office is closed right now but I hope that they will get back to me tomorrow.

No change unfortunately.
I'll try again on a different browser possibly.
EDIT: I've tried Firefox, Explorer and Chrome and nothing has changed. still says "Sorry, it looks like *Email Address* belongs to an existing account." and I've tried multiple emails all of which still have the same error (Gmail, outlook and bigpond emails).

Try creating a different forum version? You can always change the version.

Hello I have been told that our servers may be banning the Email address "outlook and Yahoo"
can you please try a different Email address.

I have tried every forum version with Gmail Email, Outlook Email, Hotmail Email and Bigpond Email and nothing works.

ok what i can do is try and make your forum using your Email address you sent me by PM if you like to test this for my self.
If this is ok please PM me the name of the forum and what version you want and also the language then i will try it and if it works i will send you the password and then you can log in and change the password to something you know and will remember.
Please let me know if you want me to try this.

we do not accept all emails when creating an account or a new forum. If you can not create a new forum with this email is that it is necessarily rejected by our antispam system. you must then choose another one.

Hello @The godfather I made the forum for them using The email address they gave me by PM there is a ticket made for this thread on our tools.
I am not 100% sure why the member could not make a forum with it but i could.
But I know this is now solved.
