General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Its been suggested to me by a colleague that the upcoming "General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR) probably applies to our forum hosted by forumotion? - As we are based in the UK can someone please clarify as I can't make any sense of it, it seems to apply to businesses & companies of which we are neither?

Re: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Hello,
You personally really don't need to worry about this, forumotion handles the database and data protection for ALL forums made and hosted on it. If there are any changes that need to be made to remain in compliance, forumotion will make them. There is really nothing you can do personally when it comes to this. I would tell your friend this and tell him that forumotion complies with not only all french laws, but all international laws in the countries it hosts forums in.
