Login problem and iPhone

Hi All

My iPhone users complain , it keeps asking to login again very often even they check "Login automatically"


Do you know this kind of problem ??

Are they using the Topic'It app?

Tell your users to check their browser settings and make sure the browser is set to accept cookies.

they just use normal browser

seems to me forummotion.com has problem with iOS , a lot of them complain, not just a few

Ask your members to un-tick the Log in automatically then log in.
Once they have been in for 5 minuets ask them to log out clear the browser and then tick the Log in automatically again then log in this should fix the problem.

but seems too complicated for them, they walk away and negative feedback "forum sucks" , nothing I can do


they just want "very simple" , login 1 time and stay there ... not just keep asking login over and over again, some of them are patients but the problem still comes back later

Sadly the problem comes from mobile data saved on cookies and cache in the browser's as phones are small and can't take a lot of data in the cache this will make more problems to save space the phone will auto log you out.

If the problem is that big then I can make a ticket on the matter but as you are the only one reporting it right now they will not make it a priority.
