In progress Problem with topic photos. Not showing to anyone other than me

Hi New to all this. Ive setup a forum http://chepstow-taekwon-do.forumotion.com/
ive put topics to show pics from events, I can see all the pics but seems no one else can. They just see blank topic's, in all forums. guests should be able to see them also, not just members.
I have checked the settings but I must of missed something, so any help greatful.

So the issue that guests can not see them or everyone?

If it is everyone, are you posting images from Photbucket?
