[ONLY TOPIC] ads not disabled
hi, last year I disabled the ads for my members, but ads suddenly appeared on the forum today! why?
admin panel > misc > spend credits > ads:
Details
Ads are disabled for your members until 11 Sep 2018.
The ads are not disabled.

There is a global error with this. It's been reported on almost all supports forums so techs are aware of the issue

Right now we have some minor problems. we are working on them as fast as we can and a report on this matter has been made.

Is the issue that ads are appearing, or that the forum is not loading and there is an ad?
