How long does it take for new credits to show?

I bought 3000 credits about half an hour ago using Paypal, they are not showing in my credits yet, how long does it usually take? I'm pretty sure it has been instant the last few times I have bought any

It's usually instantaneous but if Paypal takes its time in order to receive (or check) the payment it might take some hours. However, it shouldn't take more than 3 hours.

May you share a screenshot with us from this part of your ACP?

It's not showing in there and it shows I have 681 credits which I already had, but I have just bought 3000 so it should be showing 3681, last entry in the history was the credits I bought and used in 2017

I't can take upto 24hrs to get added to your account but most of the time it's put on your account in no time at all.

- the service used for the purchase (paypal, allopass, ...),
- the transaction ID,
- the transaction date,
- the number of missing credits,
- the forum URL,
