How do I get rid of the Daily Motion and Flash buttons?

How do I get rid of the Daily Motion and Flash button/icon options on Post a Topic?

Please try adding this in your CSS:

  display: none;
}

It works, but with one problem. These buttons are grayed out if I'm in the WYSIWYG editor mode.

Once I click on any of the buttons, they are no longer grayed out.

Btw, what is the Flash button for anyway?
