Points Donation keeps Subtracting From One Of My Members

Hi,
I think I have ghosts..One of my members keeps losing her point donation..She had 36,149 and all I see now is +36 !!
What is going on? She thinks she's done something wrong and I am deleting her points, which I am not. Hers is the only one this is happening to. She is from California.
I tried to fix it and can't..Help..Can you fix this problem, as she is very concerned.

As SLGray had asked regarding you having any other administrators. I took a look at your forum and saw you have a total of 5, one being you I would presume. This would mean the other 4 admins could be the ones removing her points as this is something that admins have the ability to do. I would suggest asking your admins to see if you can find who did it or check your logs in the Administrator Panel to see if anything shows in there.

No, none of the other Admins are removing her points..They don't even knoe where the Module is to do that..any other ideas?

Oh, where are the Admin logs you are speaking of..I can see mine, I think that you are talking of but how do I see & check theirs..I will also ask them again to be sure..

ACP >> General tab >> Forum >> Security >>

I found them and no one has messed with Kitten's points, except the Forum needs mechanical aid...

can you please try and resynchronize your forum

ACP >> General tab >> Forum >> Configuration >>
scroll right to the bottom and tick the box

what this will do is send a reset of all your systems to our server for an update of files running.

once you have done that go to your members profile add the points back to the profile and see if they stay there.

also please take a look on your ACP for the settings for your rep points

ACP >> Modules tab >> Points and reputation >> Points system >> Points management please take a screen shot so we can see the settings.

it maybe that he / she got a bad rep and you have it set to take points away.

also can I have a screen shot of the Reputation page too

I did this I think and after I ticked it, I marked SAVE..Then I added her points and they did not stay...Grrrr
I will add all the print screens that I think you need..Not sure so i sent them all! LOL

Could you post screenshots of the page before you modify the points, one of the modification, and one of after clicking the save button?

Whoa...hang on..I think whatever I did to fix it..worked...I put, 28,491 points in there from 124 and did SAVE & the corrected
amt is still there! I'll check it again and see if it is there..I'll be back if it isn't with the print screens you asked for...

The points are still corrected after I saved the corrected amt & why did this point change happen just to one member(kitten)?

You might want to checkout everything on your forum to see if something else was changed.

Chances are another admin changed them, maybe by accident, thats the only way to change the points that much. Only admins have access to that system as well.

sorry but we don't know why this is going on our system is working as it should be and we can't see any problems with the account you are talking about.
