Unable to complete verification process

I have just created the forum rise-high.forumotion.com.

I was sent a verification e-mail and when I clicked on the link a white page was displayed in a new tab with the message:

int(213853)

displayed in the top left corner.

This is the URL of the page: https://www.forumotion.com/create-forum/1984402/68b95744

Using the link to my newly created forum, also given in the validation e-mail, just sent me to the main forumotion.com web page, as if I had not created the forum at all.

I used the link in the verification e-mail within seconds of its arrival, so there should have been no problems about expiry of the link.

I have tried to create a new forum with the same name, but a message telling me the forum already exists was displayed.

Is there any help or advice you can give me, please?

yes it was an error but now it is fixed.
@Blake Mooncrest can you please retry to make your forum and inform us (you can use the same information)

I have tried to recreate my forum with no success. Exactly the same thing happened. Even the link that was given in the verification e-mail was identical to the previous one I received.

I have, about half an hour ago, tried to create another forum with a slightly different name:

rise-high-fellowship.forumotion.com

but I have, as yet, received the validation e-mail for that.

Is it the hyphens in the name?

About a half hour ago a message arrived confirming the creation of my original forum Rise-High.

Nothing as yet about the validation message for the other name I tried.

I have successfully logged on as Admin and I going to set up the forum now.

Thanks very much for your assistance. I will mark this as solved, but could you remove the toerh foru I tried to create please?
