Member can't log in to forum?
I have a member who just registered on my forum. When he got his activation e-mail, he went to click on the activation link in the e-mail and he says it gives him an error message saying "Sorry, but no such user exists". When he tries to log in, he gets an error message saying "You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password." I can clearly see he has signed up on my forum (he has registered under the username "zoldos" on my forum and you can clearly see in the statistics at the bottom of the index page that he is a registered member). I even when onto the admin control panel to see if I can manually activate his account but it doesn't show up there when you go to Users & Groups > Users > Inactive Users and then either activate or delete under "new users". I've never had someone I couldn't activate manually if they are unable to get past the e-mail. How can I help this member log in on my forum?

Check AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive Users

I already did. This particular member doesn't show up there so I can't manually activate them.

its sounds like the password is wrong try and do the following
ACP >> Users & Groups >> Users >> Users management >.
TYPE in the box the user name then press enter
The members name should come up
Click on the yellow cog and change the password for the member then Email them and tell them the password you have gave them,
they can change it at any time after the first log in.

Yes. They said they cleared their cache on Chrome and it still didn't work. They said they also tried Opera and it does the same thing.

I did as you suggested. I've sent them a new password after doing everything. I'll reply back and let you know if this has been solved.
