Questions about Attachments

Hello, I've got some questions regarding the attachment feature on PHPBB3

1. Is it possible to increase the max upload file size?
Currently my max file size is 32MB per file, I'd like to to know if it's possible to increase this limit to something else if I switch to the Premium Package? (I'm currently using the Advanced Package)

2. Is it possible to have direct links to files instead of them downloading instantly?
Instead of: Click Link>File Downloads Automatically have it be Click link > Page Opens up MP3/PDF file in Browser, I want to know if this is possible because I want my users to be sure of what they are downloading, as a security measure.

I'm currently using an external host to host these files here are a couple of examples of what I'm referring to as "direct links":

As it stands right now, the maximum you can allow any one file to be is 210 Kb. This is the same across all packages. The only thing you can increase with packages is the amount of storage space you get for attachments. That can be increased to 2gbs with premium package.

So I'm guessing that's also a no regarding direct links? Also, it says that max file size per upload is 32mb not 210kb.

My admin panel on my forum says 210kb, but my forum is like 6 years old and it's possible they upped the limit but didnt change the text in the acp of older forums.

As for direct links, I believe it's not possible right now and it's only able to be directly downloaded.

That's weird, my forum is 12 years old and my limit is much higher. Anyway, I guess I'll open up a suggestion thread and mark this one as solved.

It is based on your storage space.  If you have more or less, the maximum upload size will be more or less.
