Log in problem

I, admin with my wife's forum, have to log in every visit with the accept and accept and close buttons displayed which are inoperable. This is only one of the problems, others include unable to add picture or you tube videos and there is no last post box. The odd thing is I have a small laptop and this problem doesn't exist. Could it be that Kaspersky is stopping me from logging in?

Try also this

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter

Hello are you trying to log in as the founder of the forum or as a co admin without the founders account ?

If it's the founders account and your wife has no problems logging in there we can not help you as the founders account is only for the owner of the forum.

If you are having problems as a co admin account then sadly we can not help much as we only deal with founders account's
