Misleading Statistics

Hello

Why is the statistics misleading showing posts for the past week Wednesday 12 - Tuesday 18 December.

Well I done 35 posts over the weekend 15th and 16th and they are not shown up in the statistics.

Hi Cassini,

Have you tried doing a re sync of the forum statistics? You can do this in ACP-->General-->Configuration-->All the way down at the bottom you will see 'Resynchronize your forum statistics :', click the box next to it and hit save.

See if this fixes it for you.

Note: The forum may run a little slow for a few minutes while our system does the resync, this is normal and the site will return to normal when the resync is completed .

Some times the statistics take a little time to update, If you follow the steps that Brandon have gave then you should get your forum to update faster.

Thanks Brandon and Ape, I have done as instructed by Brandon yesterday evening.
However I still have the missing 35 posts from the weekend 15th and 16th still showing on the statistics.





I did 13 posts and 14 on both my sites yesterday

Did those posts count in your profile? Are they just missing in the statics of the forum or are they missing everywhere?

Posts are missing from the weekly statistics however they are correct for the present months statistics.

can you clear your browser and then try again it maybe saving cookies in your browser.

Done that after I have resynchronised both forums
