What do you mean by unfairly lost ths domain name? All domains purchased under the old system remained in place until their expiration.

Are you sure? My domain never expired but since that rule came up when i type www.yugioh.gr it redirects me to domain-yugioh.forumgreek.com, you should't do that to people who had paid other services for their domain.
@SLGray I was not talking about the renewal of the domain, i was talking about the free forum address change. (with the forumgreek.com )
Re: I can't change my domain name (forumgreek)
To use a domain name, you have to have an advanced or a premium package. The free package does not allow access to the domain name option.

Just to be clear, did you purchase any packages from Forumotion? Also, is your domain paid under Forumotion or under an other service who provides domains outside Forumotion?

Im not talking about a domain name. Im talking about a sub-domain with the "forumotion.com", in the other forums i have, it lets me to change this kind of forum address (for example from: domain1.forumotion.com --> domain2.forumotion.com) but in domain-yugioh.forumgreek.com it doesn't let me to change it.
I didn't purchase any packages from forumotion, my domain is provided from an outside service and i had transfer it to my forumotion forum until this new rule came up.Luffy wrote:Just to be clear, did you purchase any packages from Forumotion? Re: I can't change my domain name (forumgreek)
okay i understand what you are saying you got domain address from outside of FM and it was all working fine until we added the new package system and now your year has ran out with us you now have to go back to your old domain hosted by us right from the start.
To change your address back to the basic one gave to you by us when you made your forum you need to do the following.
If this don't work for you then please send me a PM with your forum Email address and I will ask our head office to make the change.
