Can't register

Hello I would like your help again. After the attack on the site, members can not register even though I have disabled the forum on vacation and I have allowed the new entries to be allowed.

Hello,
Have you checked this setting: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Users and Groups > Users > Users options > Members > Allow new members: Make sure this is ticked to yes and save.
