Advance package certificate expired after 90 days

Hi!

At our forum we subcribed for the advance package for the annual fee a few months back. If we check our admin panel, it still says that our subcription and with that our SSL Certificate is valid for 214 days, but if we try to access our forum it says that the certificate has already expired.

What can be our problem and how could we solve it, as our main reason for the subscription was the certificate?

Hello,

Did you make any changes before this error started occurring? Can you try turning your ssl certificate off in your admin panel, saving and then turning it back on again to see if it corrects the problem?
