Member having issues with her tag showing up in forum

My member Bubs is having issues with her tags-they are not showing up in the forum. In some groups they show up and then in others they don't. She needs help with this issue and thank you. Forum is below, and she posted in General.

when you say tag what do you mean can you post what she is trying to do here ?

When we say tag we do it like this @APE or hashtag like this >> #APE

Where is that member hosting the tag images?  If it is Photobucket, they changed their policy.   I believe also TinyPic has did the same thing.
