Okay so, I'm hoping that maybe if I can message here, maybe something can be worked out for my issue.

I understand that my Package is expired, and that I gotta pay 360 - 600 credits which is $11.80 for 1000 credits to cover that.
but right now I've hit a low spot and even though $11 might sound cheap and affordable, for me that's expensive because as I stated, I've hit a really rough spot.

I need access to the Webmail, which before everything expired, it used to be webmail.itrkglobal.net and now I cannot access, and on my email address, I have something important I need to retrieve from it, but I can't get access to that address because where my packages expired, and I was wanting to come here to ask if there's any possible way that I can get like just a few minutes access to my webmail so I can retrieve my mail from it, if I can just gain access, then from there I can change my emails and everything so they don't direct to those that on that webmail from forumotion.

My OLD URL was www.itrkglobal.net
and the current URL now is http://itrknet.forumotion.com/

If you used the email address for something, all you have to do is changed it.

So is the issue really that you want to get something from the inbox?

Well in order for me to change the email address, I need to get into the Inbox to confirm the verification that is sent in the Forumotion Webmail one, and I have a email that contains a code that I need that is important for personal reasons, that was sent into that Forumotion Webmail address, so if I can just gain access to it to retrieve both, My Code, and Confirmation Email to change my address from this Forumotion Webmail stuff to my personal gmail, then that's all I need. and that wouldn't take me just a quick 1 minute to do.

Can you do the monthly payment method (packages)?

as I stated there, I can't really afford to purchase any package or credits, because all my money has went into bills and everything important, hence why my package had expired awhile back as well, I mean I'll be straight up honest, I'm not really gonna recover or do anything do my website, I originally decided to abandon it, but only reason why I'm here right now is to retrieve a email from that Webmail that was part of the package that expired..

I mean if I had even just $6.00 to afford the 500 credits, I would've just bought it just to access my webmail, for one minute then left, but as I state, I just can't afford it at all right now.

Sadly there is no other way to access the webmail other then purchasing a package. We here at the support forum have no way to give you or anyone else temporary access and I don't think head office would allow it anyway. We definitely understand your position, but sadly there isn't anything we can do about it.

Could you not have the email resent to a new one?

As I see I'm not really getting anywhere with this, and considering what Brandon said, I'm just gonna mark this as Solved and contact the business that is requiring this code to see if I can receive some help from them about this issue. which its gonna be little more complicated and longer to do, I just really absolutely have no money at all to afford a package at this moment and have no way to get my email or anything changed unless I can get the confirmation email, which is inside the Webmail address.

I do appreciate the attempt of help though, I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion I might've caused with this issue.
