Hello Smile

I have a member test account, and I have tried to save a change in Comments thread to allow members to post.
However the changes do not update.

Before Save
Unable To Save Change In Admin Panel Before10

After Save
Unable To Save Change In Admin Panel Afters10

Using the member test account I am still unable to post

Regards
Cassini Smile

Set the permission while in advanced permission mode.  What exactly happens when you click the save button?

Here is a screenshot of advanced permission mode

As you can see that members have permission to post however this is not the case using my member test account

No, I mean the advanced permission link under the place you set them.

Also does this happen in all browsers?  Are you using Chrome?

the permissions of the test account at first page are showing that this test account has permission only to read (green text) and has no permission to write messages (red text)

this test account you are referring to is it a guest account or a registered test account?
and if it is a registered test account be sure to add it manually to your member's group in order to get automatically the group permissions
