How do I get rid of This? It pops up with every post I do and it is annoying? I didn't put it on..Please help.

Did you locate the flood control option?

Hi SL:I did locate it since you told me where it is and it was at 10 seconds..What should it be at to not be popping up all the time.
This is new. It seems that since I now use the paid Forum I am having more problems..

I just want this to go away and right after I get the RED 5 second wait notice, I get the pop up that someone is posting when I did. That's not true cuz no one is posting behind me. Grrrr
I just want to go back to the way it was and not bothering me.

This has nothing to do with packages.  It has always been an option on forums.  Just try different numbers until you found the one you like.

OK, TY Is there one you can suggest that will stop the Flood Control notice? Like 20 seconds?
