Wont let me buy a domain

I've been trying to buy a domain for the last 30 minutes and every time I fill in the form it opens up a page saying: General Error

Unable to get reservation info


I have enough credits, the domain name is available and I've upgraded my package.

In the meantime can i change my free URL?
it says "You can not change the forum URL because you have an active SSL certificate." when i try to change it at the moment.

i advise you to wait
i dont know any details more so i assume its better to wait for the techs to find a solution first

the reason you get this message is because i think you must wait for the SSL to expire first then change the url, or wait for Forumotion to find some other way to do it

How long does that take I have members waiting to join the forum at the moment but I need to change the URL to a relevant one.

I'm on the advanced package. There's no option to change the SSL on there.

i know the techs are working very hard to find a solution i really dont have any more information
