The advertisements are still showing

Although I have paid to avoid ads until 3/12/19, the ads are still showing. What can I do;

It doesn't behave as Forumotion ads :

- When you have an adblocker, Forumotion ads do not show but the place they took is still there and empty. -> Not on your forum
- Container of Forumotion ads always get a new and random id (so we can't block them with CSS or javascript -> On your forum, we find div.google-auto-placed and iframe#google_ads_frame4

I think those ads has been added by an admin of that forum (maybe in javascript management) using probable Google Adsense

Thanks for gour answer! I've deleted some Google Adsense ad codes I had used in the past years, but ads are still showing.

Maybe you should check on your Google Adsense account ?

If it's neither in templates (checked myself), nor in javascript management (disabled) i won't be helpful anymore but i'm pretty sure those ads do not come from Forumotion.

Hello Looking at your Screen shot you have gave, You paid for your ad's to be removed on the 1st you then paid for your package on the same day "AFTER" the ad's

Our system gave you a refund as it was seen as you did this the wrong way around.

See the screen shot

1 Is your payment of ad's
2 Is the payment of your package
3 Is the refund.

This is why your Ad's was not removed on your forum.

I paid the Premium package because it contains "Disabling ads". Then, after finding that ads were not removed, I canceled the subscription.

I solved the problem! The problem was that Forum protocol was HTTP, so I changed this with HTTPS (Secured) (Admin panel/General/Forum/Forum address/SSL certificate). Thanks all of you for your intersting and for your help!
