chatbox problem

Hi!

I have forum here https://www.morsmordre.net/ and i have problem with my chatbox.

I used those codes to personalize it, especially: Removes the lines " joined the chatbox/has logged off the chat", Open archives in a new tab, Change the prefix for moderators, Automatic login

It worked fine for years. But suddenly few days ago it all stopped working. I didn't change anything, my js scripts are turn on and problem appears with all browsers and for all my users.

Could anyone tell me what happened?

Hello and thank you for posting your problem today.

I have looked at your forum address and i see you have now got your HTTPS address (SSL certificates)
How long a go was this installed on your forum ?

I ask this as it could be this that is making your problem show as all the codes used on that thread has HTTP addresses in them and if you have just made the update from HTTP to HTTPS then this could be the reason for the crash of the codes.

It's installed for a really long time. Longer than it's included into packages and it haven't cause any problems with chatbox before.

Do you have a test account i can use to log in and run some basic tests please ?
If yes please pm me the account info and make sure it has basic Admin tools.

Okay I can't see any problems with it as far as the codes are all working when i run some tests my end.

But yes you are right they don't look to be working at all.

Have you added any new javascripts or any CSS files or templates ?

No, I didn't change anything and I didn't add any codes. In fact I was even offline those days.

Could I use the test account?

Oh ok I will tag @TheCrow maybe he can help you more and i will run some tests on my test site

You must replace within then each occurence of

/chatbox/index.forum

with :

Code:

/chatbox

Or you can also take scripts from their original place
