Solved Problem with javascript plug-in

Hi, I don't understand much, so sorry if I missed something in explaining the problem.
There seems to be a problem with the javascript plug-in in Bulgaria because some features of the forum have not been working or showing for the pest week. Does not display text formatting when commenting and topic creation, as well as emoticons and Announcements list.
We tested it out in different countries and the problem doesn't exist there.

So you have added some JavaScripts, and they caused these issues?
