Cannot Get Thumbs Up To Work

I cannot get Thumbs up or Down to work in CSS files
I am playing around with a new forum https://artful-hobbyist.forumotion.com/

I was given coding by Ape for my other forumotion sites I copied and pasted however no thumbs

its not just a code in your css you must also add a javascript and be sure you have all the settings activated by reading this

also make sure the javascript are enabled
