Hello,

Is there any way to recover your admin panel password and username for the specified forum? And can i get help from some administrators for that? Administrator that managed forum left it and he didnt gave out password and username to anyone on forum, so we wanted to recover it so we can continue using forum in the future. If someone can help please message me.

our system shows that the founder of the forum has log in 06-03-2020.

But if we cant contact the founder, what should we do?
I mean, if he is absent anyway we need to wait 6months + day to get forum without his logging in?

yes ...for security reasons this is the procedure
you can contact an admin or a moderator if you need something maybe they can help you
