Can't Renew My Domain Name

Dear Staff,

This might be a consequence of my previous issue. I want to renew the domain name, but the option is not showing up in the admin panel. Please help!

What is the address you want to change it to ?

Right now your address is linked to our free domain forumotion.net
https://v-world.forumotion.net/login if you want to buy a domain of your own your have to just follow this step

 Admin Control Panel settings:
ACP >> Misc tab >> down the left hand side find >>  Credits management >>
Spend credits >> pick >> Domain Name >>

As long as you have one of our paid packages >> Can't Renew My Domain Name 857436672

or

you can buy the domain name for one year.
Then next year you will have to buy the 2 all over again. if any one of them run out you could loose your domain address all over again.

Hi APE,

I have the advanced package. I want to change the domain name to virusme.net like it was earlier. The option to buy the domain name is not visible where it usually is (where you mentioned). Please check this screenshot:

Thanks for your reply it looks like the system is stopping you form making the change as you have a HTTPS address installed on your forum.

to change address i think we need to make a ticket for our tech team to fix this.

I will make a ticket now for them and see what they gave to say.

I will also tag our pro admin @The Godfather

EDIT: I have made a ticket for some one to take a look at this for you. Ticket made on 04.07.2020 @ 14:22:10

Good news is I have news back from our head team.

The told me your domain was to late But rhe good news we still have the address in our hands.

We will update your domain our end and then take the credits for your forum.

I will let you know when we have done it for you.
