Restore an old forum

Hey guys. I think I have a major problem and I need help. It won't be too much if I sat that it is a matter of... survival. Confused

Okay, the problem is as it follows: a few years ago, in 2012 to be exact, I created a forum with the folowing address:

http://hogwartsbulgaria-rpg.bulgarianforum.net

The problem is that now when I try to open the page it does not load. It says "an administrator may have deleted it".

Another problem here is that when I tried to create a new forum with the email I used before - I am not allowed to do so because it is already in the system - it was said the message:

THE FORUM HOGWARTSBULGARIA-RPG.BULGARIANFORUM.NET DOESN'T EXIST Verify the internet address you typed : hogwartsbulgaria-rpg.bulgarianforum.net, and try again if there is a mistake. It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it. wrote:

My question is: is it really possible to restore the forum which was created in 2012? There was not much data in it so if it is possible to restore it but lose the data - that is totally fine with me. Because the last thing I need/want is to create a new one.
