Why hasn't my domain name changed ?

I purchased my regular domain name months ago .



But is still showing the old name . Please change it .

I first came to the forum and typed in the word " domain " . I found many topics . All were either " solved " , or " garbage " . And could not be posted in . I went back to the home screen and clicked " Other Problems " . Then posted my question . I looked at your rules and could find nothing I did wrong .
Now . About my question . For years my url has been the one on the top . That is the way I want it . I do not like the other url . I would like it changed please . Can you please direct me in the right direction to have it changed .

I paid for the domain in my AP . I wouldn't know what a 3rd party was . I did it like I always do .

Okay I see now that I could post in Credits, SSL Certificate & Domain Names Problems . I didn't know I could do that .
