We Have Many Major Problems In Our Group

to investigate the issue we must see the forum
can you sent a test account so we can see the problems

First of all.

Have you made any change to your templates ?
Do you have a number of JavaScripts running ? If yes what are they?
What browsers are your members using  that are reporting the problems.
Are you having the same problems as a founder?

I can answer some of it-since I help in there-founders have no issues only members.  No changes in templates.  I am sure we all use different browsers, but no idea what they are using.  I use chrome and if I use I firefox I can still see it without an issue.

Have you checked the special rights section? ACP > Users & Groups > Special rights (bottom left)
Your members got to have permission to see things there too..

what are the issues now that are not solved? using the test account i don't see any problem

Members can't send a pm ->i can solved
Members can not see the members list i can solved
Members cannot access links at bottom:
Todays active topics, todays top 20 posters, overall top 20 posters i can solved

some members were complaining abou not getting notifications
a couple complaining about not being able to copy and paste

The copy and paste problem is not a forum setting it must be something wrong on your members side as we do not have any settings to stop this.

Tell them to try some other browsers.

Also are they using mobiles or Ipads to copy and paste ?

can i log in again and open a test thread so you can answer me to do some random test to check the notifications?

did those members set their profile options ?

The notification settings are personal settings regardless of the group they are
