Solved We Have Many Major Problems In Our Group

Hi I am the owner of Taggers Cafe
 We have been having many issues with our group
I would really appreciate it if someone could come into the group and get it sorted for us

Some of the problems are:
 some members can't copy and paste
Members can't send a pm
Members can not see the members list
Members cannot access links at bottom:
Todays active topics, todays top 20 posters, overall top 20 posters
They get messages saying they don't have the right to access
M
We really need to have the group looked at please and ty
Management and Members are getting verry frustraded as you can imagine they would be

Our group is closed. We don't want to open it
If someone could please join an fix our problems, we sure would appreciate it

First of all.

Have you made any change to your templates ?
Do you have a number of JavaScripts running ? If yes what are they?
What browsers are your members using  that are reporting the problems.
Are you having the same problems as a founder?

I can answer some of it-since I help in there-founders have no issues only members.  No changes in templates.  I am sure we all use different browsers, but no idea what they are using.  I use chrome and if I use I firefox I can still see it without an issue.

only the members are having problems
none of admins or founder are having problems
members using different browsers
Not sure of javascripts
No change in templates

How do I set up a test account??

Have you checked the special rights section? ACP > Users & Groups > Special rights (bottom left)
Your members got to have permission to see things there too..

I checked the special rights and it was showing for Admins
So changed some to members and it seemed to fix the problems

Not sure about the copy and pasting yet
will have to ask members if they are still having that problem

The copy and paste problem is not a forum setting it must be something wrong on your members side as we do not have any settings to stop this.

Tell them to try some other browsers.

Also are they using mobiles or Ipads to copy and paste ?

can i log in again and open a test thread so you can answer me to do some random test to check the notifications?

Not sure about their settings, but they have been in groups for awhile now
so I'm guessing they are okay

If they are still having issues I will ask them

Yes of course you can log in again
And if its alright with you we will leave the test account active
in case other problems pop up
