connection to the chatbox in modernbb

Is there any way to automatically (after logging into forum) connect user to chatbox on ModernBB and delete information about connecting/disconnecting? I tried solutions provided for other versions but it's not working. Not sure whether I do something wrong or if the scripts provided doesn't work for this specific version or after the chatboxes were updated earlier this year. Is there any way to do that?
