Domain name problem continues
See link to https://help.forumotion.com/t160415-domain-name-problem?nid=1#1119943
I am not sure why but it has stopped working just as quickly as it had worked. Nothing was touched on my end.
What is the reason? Does anyone know?
I am struggling to find any logic and was a bit to premature I suppose in closing the previous thread.

Hi Godfather,
I have checked on various platforms on my PC but I have also checked again on my mobile.
It seems there is an error on mobile devices.
See the screenshot from my mobile phone. FYI just to give all the information its a Samsung Galaxy S21
And no there are no other issues with any other sites. I find it very odd.

Hello jonrms ,
Can you try to delete your browser cache in your browser on your mobile phone? Then try open again your forum.
Regards, Joost

Re: Domain name problem continues
Hi again.
I have just looked at your forum using a mobile phone and I don't see a problem at all
I would do as @Joost has said and tray and clear your browser on your mobile as it saves some files from the last address used.

Re: Domain name problem continues
I tried it again before clearing and it worked. I cleared my history etc and it is still working.
And now the ironic thing is there is on my PC a Smiley face to the left of my domain name. I think that can't be magic. LOL

Re: Domain name problem continues
can you tell me what browser you are using on your PC and can you take a screen shot of the face.
I would guess it's just saying your forum is working and is safe but I would say I have never seen this before.
We Don't use magic here just basic help from our brain's lol

Ape, I am aware bud.
I am baffled, it seems like magic or witch craft at times.
I am using Chrome, and until I reported this problem for the second time, the smiley face didn't exist. Here is a screenshot below.

Thank you Ape,
I will close this now, but just wanted to say I found it odd as I had not touched that part of the forum yet. I will be going to the appropriate section to get a banner and icon made.
But I wanted to say Thank you ALL again. I appreciate your time and effort. I don't think that is said enough.
