Connection problems

Hi
I had an issue where i couldnt connect to my forum(and my friends also have the same problem so its not only me).
I try to solve it by entering the admin panel which i manage with a staff of forumotion.
Still got the problem to connect.I did try other browsers but no good.
Whats happening is that when i login with my name and press dont remember pass it guide me to the new page to change it.
I do so and when i login , loads but i dont have the subjects or the main bar on top to select i just have the basic first page(page 1 screenshot).
If i go to google home page and search again for the forum that time it gives me the main bar(page 2 screenshot) but if i press anything will loop me to page 1 screenshot.........
I really dont know what to do

My forum adress is https://greekland.forumotion.com/forum and my email address is Email Removed(creation adress is Email Removed but i dont have access to that)

I am confused what does Google have to do with you logging into your account on your forum?  Also I believe you are clicking the wrong thing for forgot password.  You should get a email with a new password.  It does asked for your email and username to confirm that you have an account.

the login page does not load yes

i believe the issue is caused by the music wikplayer you have added
remove it and check again

in case the issue persists then you have to find what caused the conflict, so try these solutions
- turn the templates to default and retry
- turn off the javascript and retry

@greek-leonidas My tools tell me that you logged in yesterday at 22:52:34 is this now solved ?

We made an important security update yesterday which prevents access to login page through an <iframe> made on a domain other than that of the forum.. So the problem comes from your music player script which creates such an <iframe>..

Sorry for this change, but unfortunately you’ll have to find another solution…

We have got a Connection problems too. We can log in, but users can not register.
I have experienced this problem on many sites.

This problem is caused by a fix that goes online at the end of the afternoon yesterday. Unfortunately, the fix resulted in a bug.

We resolved the issue yesterday with the first reports. If you still reproduce the problem, please give us more information.

@The Godfather  Can this fix have something to do with my forum being displayed completely deformed when using the domain name whilst it look normal when using the original address?

Thank you for the report. The problem is solved now and it is not linked to this topic. It was an error regarding the access of https://www.nederlandheelt.nl/4-ltr.css.

Is it Ok for you regarding your initial question ? The reports which followed were not linked with your connexion problem. As I explained above, you can not use your music player script on the login page anymore, because of an important security update.

Was the music player......done everything is ok.....sad that music player cant embedded anymore...
