Dear @nikol6

the Google Search console tool perfectly works for me, so it may be a temporary issue with google.
Other than that, no worries - there is no need to manually index the topics in the tool using the method you are using; instead:

1. You can avoid doing it - as googlebot will automatically scan the pages that are available to guests (such as the topic you tried to scan) - so it will be done anyway without any action from your side
   
2. Eventually you can use the sitemap tool instead (from the same console), adding the sitemap of your forum:

    This method is also more effective as the sitemap is automatically updated and Google will get the "last-modified" time directly from it

The map has been submitted, but the error cannot be processed as we know it.
It can only add or build robots. Txt as on a blogger where a user can add parameters.

But I have no error with another forum with the same domaine name. For instance: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&url=https%3A%2F%2Fzurkaforum.serbianforum.info%2F

I think it can be linked to:

1/ Your scripts
2/ Your custom adds
3/ Your skin

Please disable each one and make some tests in order to identify which resource is the source of this problem with Google.

I solved the problem by returning the code to cell phones
Now every link goes to Google.
