Activation emails not sending
I just opened my forum to a small set of people, and a lot of them have had trouble getting in since I need to manually activate their accounts. I find this strange because when I let my first admin in onto the forum, they didn't need me to activate their account.
In the admin panel, I have it set so that users can activate their account via e-mail, but for all members aside from the other admin, the e-mail didn't send.

Dear @VYD001
I registered on your forum and I also haven't received the confirmation email in a minute, as usually happens on all forumotion forum.
I've also checked the spam/junk folders, but nothing was there.
My guess could be that Google/Yahoo (the email provider or the user) may identify the email notification as spam/junk because of the forum title (test forum) which doesn't seem really reliable. Maybe try to remove the word "test" from your forum
Of course, it may also be a problem on Forumotion-side, but for this I'll leave the floor to my colleagues from the staff
edit: after 8 minutes I received it successfully, and not in the spam/junk folder, but when I clicked on the verification link I got the following warning on the forum:

Sorry, but no such user exists.
Re: Activation emails not sending
@VYD001 oh yeah, that could be the case!
In any case, I received the verification email - a bit late - but I received it. So probably it's a combination between the "test" keywork that google doesn't like + an high traffic at the moment in the mail-server.

Re: Activation emails not sending
Hello I think i can help you here,
When a member makes an account the Email is sent to a server the server then sends the Emails out in a batch. All Emails then go in to a list from top to bottom like a In tray.
If I remember right the news letters also are in that list of mails to go out so this can take a long time but most of the time you would get the Email within 40 minuets.
Note: some email host / providers take longer to receive our Emails from our servers. Yahoo, BT and AOL are listed as Email hosts that block some of our emails so we always tell members not to use them if they can help it.
The best ones to make an account with is #Live, #Outlook, #Hotmail, #Gmail.
