Do you agree or disagree ?
Tags Colored by Group
I think this would be a good feature to have as it'd allow users to see what group a member is in at a glance without having to hover for the profile summary. Other forum hosts also have this feature whether it's by default or via CSS.
Re: Tags Colored by Group
This is already possible to have your username colorized by groups.
Since I am in the administrators group, my username is red.

Re: Tags Colored by Group
I believe for this, Amber is talking about the ability to make a mentioned username match the color of its respective group. i.e. If orange is for Administrators then that same color would appear as the mentioned name and not whatever the default color for links is.

Yes, this is exactly what I meant! Currently, username mentions are the color of forum links which doesn't do much to distinguish between groups at a glance if that particular user isn't in a thread.Legionheart wrote:I believe for this, Amber is talking about the ability to make a mentioned username match the color of its respective group. i.e. If orange is for Administrators then that same color would appear as the mentioned name and not whatever the default color for links is.

I vote for yes!
I managed to do that with a javascript code, but for sure it needs to be implemented - now it happens only for the groups mentions

Why not.
That's a common Discord function, when you mention anyone of the server, his/her name appears with the role color of course.
